Navajo Nation
OVERVIEW
Let it Rain
Dig Deep, an organization dedicated to water issues in the United States, sponsored our collaborative pilot program in the Navajo Nation. The Water Resources Action Project Inc. and The Forgotten People invited Global Access to collaborate on program in a remote area of the United States where thousands of Diné (Navajo) and Hopi households haul water from distant wells. This project is a two-part pilot program coordinating the installation of innovative rainwater collection systems with point-of-use water filters.
PILOT PROGRAM
After completing the first half of the pilot program, we are committed to testing water at every stage from collection to consumption. Your support will help to evaluate water sources and provide in-home filtration to these amazing communities.
